At Passage Publishing, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your selection isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached and items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
